HOLY CRAP EVERYTHING.

Well, life isn't really letting up much - I've got Examstressitis again and cosplaystressitis to match... I'm a terrible stresser, I am.

Well, Sunday was my birthday and Daya and rocked over to my place where we mucked around and I got gifts (Daya got me The Dark Knight (-squee-) and got me Alien Hominid (ffffffffff!)), as well as my brother getting me copious amounts of bakeable clay (soooo tempting to ignore my exams and make clay figurines it isn't funny) and my parents getting me an iPod touch. It was quite funny though, my grandmother accidentally sent me two cards... both with $50 in them. I rang her up and she said 'eh; keep it all' so that was good. XD

After doing nothing in particular for a while we went out to a Vietnamese place for lunch. Y'know how all families have that one restaurant that brings up childhood memories? Well, that's the place we went back to. And lo and behold, they even spelled out my name with fridge magnets and instead of a cake or something I ended up getting.... a tangerine with two sparklers in it. I couldn't stop laughing - seriously.

1. Have you ever made a joke that someone took seriously?
Lots of times. One incident springs to mind - when I was in grade 8 I lopped off my ponytail because long hair was frustrating me, then started telling people my dad ran over my head with a lawnmower. One of the girls said something along the lines of 'omg your dad must feel sooo bad! did you throw out the lawnmower? I hope he gave you something in return for running over your head!'

That was... erm... interesting.

2. Admit something that embarrasses you.
I don't really get embarrassed easily, but there was a rather infamous event including the Brisbane Times and me being horribly misquoted.....

3. What's something strange that you find extremely attractive?
Disturbed sense of humour.

Probably now. Exams + cosplay = not much sleep. =_=

Something about flamingos, I think... XD

Er... probably this morning. Bloody Hamlet oral...

Learning about male gonads (no joke - for Biology. XD)

Hearing my dad's summation of Laertes (from Hamlet) in four words: "YOU KILLED MY DAD!"
